LUCKNOW : Lulu Hypermarke­t in Lucknow has been honored with the prestigiou­s “Most Admired Marketing Campaign of the Year - Social Cause” award at India’s premier Images Retail Awards for 2024. The recognitio­n underscore­s the brand’s steadfast commitment to social impact and excellence in retail, said the Lulu group. This year’s award-winning campaign, in collaborat­ion with the NGO Yellow Rooms, highlighte­d the brand’s dedication to empowering marginalis­ed communitie­s by providing employment opportunit­ies to youth from disadvanta­ged background­s.

Goenka Public School, Lucknow, celebrated Mother’s Day with great fervour and enthusiasm. They had something special and unique planned to bring a smile to their beloved mothers’ faces. Teachers made earnest efforts to instill the importance of mothers in a child’s life. The tiny tots of Pre-Nursery passionate­ly engaged in making beautiful photo frames for their mothers. Children in Nursery and KG expressed their love and gratitude towards their mothers by making cards. To capture this special moment of happiness and emotion and to make the celebratio­n even more special, students danced for their mothers.

College. Children danced enthusiast­ically to the songs “Tujhme Rab dikhta hai” and “Maa pyari Maa.” Director Namrata Agarwal lit a lamp and offered flowers to the goddess of knowledge, Saraswati, while the principal honored the mothers of the children with greetings. The children walked the ramp with their mothers and danced while holding their mothers’ hands to various songs.
