Reserve all govt jobs according to community’s share: Saini
PANIPAT: Terming the increasing population as the biggest hurdle in the development of the country, Bharatiya Janata Party's Kurukshetra MP Rajkumar Saini has demanded that the government takes immediate steps for population control in the country.
“Increasing population is creating problems for development of the country and the government should take steps to implement ‘Hum Do, Hamare Do’,” said Saini, while addressing a gathering at Dadlana village in Panipat.
Reacting to the demand of reservation by several communities, he said the government should provide 100% reservation in government jobs as per the share of each community’s population in the total population of the country.
The first-time MP also demanded that the government should provide job to at least one member of every family to improve the living conditions.
He said rural employment guarantee scheme should be extended to agriculture sector so that more people could get jobs and farmers could get labour at cheaper rates.
