ARMY MAN ENDS LIFE IN FEROZEPUR

FEROZEPUR: An army man committed suicide by shooting himself with his service rifle in Ferozepur on Tuesday evening. Naik Umashankar, 35, of Ramnagar was posted at Ferozepur Cantonment of 607 EME, shot himself while on duty. BY the time his colleagues reached the scene, he was already dead. He is survived by wife and two children. The post mortem was conducted and body was handed over to the family members. A case has been registered and investigations were on.
