NEED SPECIAL COURTS FOR REVENUE CASES

-

Haryana’s decision to set up family courts in seven more districts will speed up decision-making in cases related to the family law. Likewise, the government should set up a permanent special court and also appoint judicial officers to hear cases of revenue-related matters for full day. Due to administrative engagements or political interference, executive officers cannot work in court, inconveniencing the common man. Establishing a permanent special court will solve this problem. Shakti Singh, Karnal
