CPCB finds 31 instances of air polluting activities
GURUGRAM: A Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) task force found 31 instances of air polluting activities in the city between January 1 and January 31.
It detected the violations as part of its vigilance on the implementation of the Graded Response Action Plan (Grap) to curb air pollution in Delhi-NCR. This was down from 85 instances in December. Open garbage dumping, waste burning, construction and road dust were the major sources of pollution in Gurugram.
