DRAW UP A COMPREHENSIVE KASHMIR POLICY

The bravehearts cannot be revived, but the terror attack teaches us that we need to be decisive in our response. A comprehensive Kashmir policy is needed that lists both internal and external actions to be taken for national interest. Some experts have suggested that Pakistan be starved of river water, but we need to gauge Chinese reaction before this step.
