Research released earlier this week showed that two doses of the Pfizer/ BioNTech vaccine prevent hospitalisation in 96% of cases, and two doses of the AstraZeneca/Oxford one in 92% of the cases. The vaccines, according to an earlier research, were found to be 88% and 60% effective in preventing infection after two doses.
