Toilets raise a stink in Karnal judicial complex

The condition of toilets at the judicial complex and lawyers’ chamber complex in Karnal is pathetic. Thousands of people visit the court complex for proceedings daily, but the government has not made a separate toilet for them. They are forced to use urinals meant for lawyers, making their condition miserable. The Haryana government should get a separate public toilet and urinal built.
