Jain getting VVIP treatment in jail

How come Delhi’s minister for jails, Satyendar Jain, currently lodged in jail with bail pleas repeatedly rejected, is blatantly continuing as a minister and is not being viewed by any of the constitutional watchdogs? Divestment of the minister’s portfolio, in such cases, ought to be automatic. The accused being accorded VVIP treatment in jail is a secondary issue.
