DOHA: Cristiano Ronaldo became the first male player in history to score in five editions of the Fifa World Cup, after the Portuguese captain converted a second-half penalty against Ghana in their Group H clash on Thursday. Portugal won the tightly contested game 3-2, holding on despite a late flurry of attacks by Ghana at a World Cup that has witnessed more than its share of upsets.
