Special SC benches to expedite hearing

There will be special benches starting the following week for hearing cases related to motor vehicle accidents, direct and indirect tax issues, and criminal appeals. The Supreme Court’s justice system will undoubtedly move more quickly as a result. This is a positive endeavour in addition to the Chief Justice of India Dhananjaya Y Chandrachud’s previous progressive rulings. This action will go a long way towards providing litigants with timely justice, as all of these cases merit a swift hearing and resolution.
