Nicole Kidman to star in suspense thriller

Australian actor Nicole Kidman (right) is all set to star in Adrian Lyne’s suspense thriller, The Silent Wife, based on the bestselling book by ASA Harrison. The 48-year-old Moulin Rouge! star will play Jodi, a dedicated wife who despite her husband Todd’s frequent indiscretions continues to play the dutiful spouse, reported Aceshowbiz. When confronted with the brutal truth of him leaving her for a younger woman, she is not ready to accept defeat. What starts as a tragic dissolution of a marriage quickly turns into a game of cat and mouse. Billy Ray has written the adapted script. Kidman and Per Saari are producing the flick for Blossom Film along with Lyne, Paula Mazur and Mitchell Kaplan.
