Krystle D’souza is keen to do films but doesn’t want to rush into things. The actor says she is content with the love she’s getting from fans who watch her on TV. And given “what little” she has achieved so far, Krystle shares that she would not settle for anything less than a substantial role in Bollywood.

“Who doesn’t want to be seen on the big screen? But that doesn’t mean I’ll be a part of any project. TV has given me recognition and I need to live up to the expectations of my audience. I’ll only take up a film if the character I’m offered has significance in the storyline. Till then, I’m happy with what I’m doing on TV and the web,” she says. The actor is known for shows such as Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, Ek Nayi Pehchaan, and Brahmarakshas: Jaag Utha Shaitaan.

Krystle reveals that she had been getting film offers for quite some time now but none of them was interesting enough. “As soon as I get something exciting, I won’t think twice before signing on the dotted line,” adds Krystle, whose latest web show on make-up tricks and skin care has become quite popular.

As far as her personal life is concerned, Krystle has been linked to actor Karan Tacker for the longest time now. Krystle neither denies the relationship nor does she confirm it. “I’m very clear about keeping my professional and personal lives separate,” she says.
