Being an actor, owning and kabaddi and football teams as a sports freak, and managing the family’s production house — Abhishek Bachchan aces multi-tasking like only a few. The actor says working on a lot of things together isn’t hard if one knows time and resource management.

“I am good at multi-tasking and thankful to my wonderful team that works in coordination. There are 24 hours in a day and if you are efficient and know how to utilise time, then it’s not that difficult. In fact, you can also get a lot of things done while travelling,” says Abhishek, adding that recently when it took him more than an hour to reach somewhere, he finished [checking] his emails and [taking] phone calls while in the car.

On the career front, Abhishek will reportedly soon start prepping for Gulab Jamun alongside wife, actor Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. The film is expected to go on floors next year. The actor, who was last seen in Anurag Kashyap’s Manmarziyaan, is in talks for a few more films.

“Discussions are on for four to five films, and I am ready to go ahead with them,” he says, before adding that he cannot divulge a lot until the said projects are announced.

Abhishek has collaborated with Tamil filmmaker Mani Ratnam in films such as Yuva (2004), Guru (2007), and Raavan (2010). Is he hoping to do it again, in, say, a south Indian project? “I am looking forward to working with him [Mani Ratnam] again. And I would love to do a south Indian film. In fact, I am dying to do one,” says Abhishek.
