ON ANDHADHUN BEING THE ‘TOP’ HINDI FILM OF 2018

All the credit goes to Sriram (Raghavan) sir, who is a typical rule breaker. He is the most veteran filmmaker I have ever worked with but his approach is so contemporary. The entire script is in his head. So, he will tell the story in English and then you will get the lines on the set. When you reach the sets, you always feel that you should do something differently. I feel if I had worked like a method actor like I used to be, and had employed my earlier approach, I would have asked him to give me half an hour to rehearse the scenes. But he doesn’t have that kind of time.
