Mahesh and Namrata’s unique celebrations

South star Mahesh Babu and wife, Namrata Shirodkar celebrated their 14th wedding anniversary on February 10. To commemorate the occasion, the couple posted a throwback picture on their social media profiles, as friends and family poured in with congratulatory comments. However, besides their usual celebrations, the couple also decided to do something special this year.

A source close to the couple revealed, “Mahesh is personally involved in a lot of social work on a regular basis. For their 14th anniversary, the couple decided to celebrate the day with 650 visually impaired students. They always believe in aiding and helping out poor and handicapped children. Their biggest strength is their like mindedness and togetherness, so instead of throwing a big bash, it was Mahesh’s idea to celebrate with visually impaired children and do a good deed on their special day.”

Mahesh and Namrata celebrated by organising a lunch for Devnar School of Blind students in Secunderabad, Telangana and personally looked into all the logistics required to carry out the plan. They also distributed the food, sat down to eat with them and spent some time interacting with the visually impaired children at the school.
