‘Brooklyn NineNine is the best show ever made’

-

Actor Andy Samberg says Brooklyn Nine-Nine, the TV show he currently stars in, is the best show ever made, and no one could dispute that.

The show is a police television sitcom, and tackles issues such as police brutality, racial profiling, corrupt prisons, and antiLGBT discrimination. The show was picked up by another network for a sixth season just a day after the original network cancelled it last year.

Samberg plays the role of Jake Peralta, for which he won a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor in 2014.

“Brooklyn Nine-Nine I would say follows in the footsteps of The Office, Parks and Recreation, and a lot of Small Ville Lineage,” Samberg said, adding, “It is a workplace comedy, jampacked with jokes, full of heart, God what else can I tell you? It’s the best show ever made, I think I can say that. No one would dispute that,” he added.
