BAFTAS IN JULY, FRENCH HALLS TO OPEN
In what might be seen as a sign of at least the arts returning to normalcy, the postponed BAFTA TV and TV craft awards will be held in July. The Hollywood Reporter said the TV craft awards will be on July 17, and the main awards on July 31. Both will be closed studio, with winners accepting awards virtually. It also reported that France plans to reopen movie theatres on June 22. Admissions will be limited per screen, with a distance between patrons.
