Actor Abhishek Bachchan (right) is a no- nonsense guy. There have been times when Twitter trolls have tried to take a jibe at junior Bachchan, but the actor who turns 41 today, has always hit back in style. Be it a witty repartee or a hard-hitting reply, the actor has never shied away from shutting up people who poked fun at him. Not just that, Abhishek has often taken strong stands on various issues related to film industry with his tongue-in-cheek tweets. Recently, after filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali was attacked by a group of hooligans on the set of his next film, a period drama, Abhishek took to Twitter and wrote, “Here’s how it is... don’t like or agree with our films? Simple solutions. Don’t buy a ticket and watch them.” At the time when Sarbjit (2016), starring his wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in a lead role, was doing well at the box-office, self-acclaimed critic KRK tried to make fun of Abhishek’s films, but it backfired and he got trolled instead. Also, when comedian Aditi Mittal tweeted details like that Aishwarya had to marry a tree (before tying the knot with Abhishek) to get rid of some spell, Abhishek was quick to ensure that it doesn’t create turmoil in his married life and replied with a heavy dose of sarcasm. The worst came when a Twitter user, who often trolls Bollywood stars, targetted Bachchan’s daughter, Aaradhya, saying, ‘your dad is a flop actor...’ An angry Abhi retorted, “@Mayankaryan084 you feeling better about yourself now??? Good! Glad to have been of service. Now go back to the hole you crawled out of (sic),” he had tweeted.
