Health tip: Have al­monds daily to man­age weight

Ex­perts rec­om­mend hav­ing a hand­ful of al­monds daily, as they pro­mote the feel­ing of full­ness, and is ideal for mid-meal snack­ing. A study pub­lished in the Euro­pean Jour­nal of Clin­i­cal Nutri­tion found that con­sum­ing 43 grams of dry­roasted al­monds ev­ery day re­duced hunger and im­proved di­etary vi­ta­min E and mo­noun­sat­u­rated (good) fat intake, with­out in­creas­ing body weight.
