Whether you go for a high pony or low pony, it should be sleek, clean and sharp so that focus doesn’t go away from shoulders. It will make you look confident and glamorous at the same time.” Anusha Hurria, stylist, says, “Wearing a bodysuit with bold shoulders with a skirt, to make it look like a dress is a good option, team it with your favourite pair of heels making it perfect for a night out.” She adds, “A classic black top with bold shoulders and a high- waist broad belt with skinny leggings and you are party ready with that red lip.” A puff-sleeve sweater could easily become your new go-to option. Ahuja believes that in winters, cozy wool cardigan with exaggerated shoulders can be teamed up with an elegant belt to elevate the sweater game. While opting for the classic flared sleeve one-piece dress, keep your accessories minimal. Ahuja says, “To balance an eye-catching exaggerated shoulder outfit, always keep your makeup nude and dewy. Always make sure that everything has to be balanced.” Recommending another style tip, Hurria says, “Jumpsuit with bold shoulders is raiding the style radar as it looks chic. You could style it with a belt. A fitted dress with padded shoulders and body hugging structure will make you look uber stylish.” Ahuja too, feels a jumpsuit with bold shoulders can be styled with a belt for a stand-out look. One can also make a style statement by sporting a vintage-inspired blouse with ruffled sleeves and a choker neckline. Sanya Arora, stylist says, “Tuck the blouse into a leather skirt or for a cool casual look team it with printed palazzo pants and loafers.” It is important to have a sense of originality.
