A MERE 709 VOTES CAST IN SRINAGAR

Four days after widespread violence left eight people dead in Jammu and Kashmir’s SrinagarBudgam Lok Sabha constituency, a mere 709 votes were cast in all segments in re-polling on Thursday.

The authorities have deployed over 20,000 security personnel to ensure smooth re-polling. All the top brass of state police and the CRPF monitored the law and order situation. ››MORE REPORTS P 7
