BJP is forcing its whims and fancies in the name of master plan: Pilot

Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee president Sachin Pilot said that BJP, insteadofmakingthetownplanningsmooththroughthemaster plan, is goingagainst the spirit of the high court.

According to Pilot, for some time now, the high court has objected BJP’s regularising of constructions that were made against the master plan.

Thehighcourthasstayedland conversionandregularisationof encroachments based on 35 points.

Pilot said that BJP has found newwaysbybringingordinance ofregionalplantogiveprotection to illegal works.

Pilot said that this ordinance, like the black law, is being brought without inviting any objectives and through the cabinet on the opinion of few public representatives.

He said earlier through black law,thegovernmentfoundaway toprotectcorruptpeopleandnow through this ordinance, the government will play with town planning,removingallobstacles for land mafia and encroachers.

The state Congress chief said the court had asked to seize the documents of few house construction societies related to PrithvirajNagar.Despitecourt’s stay,regularisationisbeingdone inconnivancewithJaipurDevelopment Authority officers.

He said when the administrationworkingundertheBJPgovernment can contempt the court’s directions, then with implementationoftheordinance related to regional plan, unplanned development will start intheentirestate, including the green belt.
