BJP will form the next government in state, says Raje
Chief minister Vasundhara Raje on Friday said that the people of Rajasthan have voted for development and the BJP will form the government in the state.
Talking to reporters, Raje said people have voted for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision and good governance, national party president Amit Shah’s leadership and state government’s development.
She said the high polling percentage showed that the BJP will win by a larger majority in the state. She thanked party office bearers and workers for their hard work.
Raje thanked the people for reposing trust and support in the BJP and said in the coming days the government will give governance based on ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’.
Meanwhile, state BJP president Madanlal Saini also said the BJP would return to power in Rajasthan. Despite exit polls showing a majority for the Congress party,, Saini told reporters that the BJP would win the assembly election. Asked if he was negating the exit polls, Saini said he was not negating them but he was trusting his party workers. “I have got feedback from party workers that BJP is once again going to form the government in Rajasthan.”
