ENFORCEMENT MECHANISM

Governing Council of the college will be the first point of contact for grievance redress. The elected College President will be an ex-officio member. Academic Council and Executive Council of the College/university will be appellate authorities for decisions made by college Governing Councils.

There will be state Students Rights Commissions to adjudicate on violations of fundamental provisions of the Students Rights Act. It will ensure implementation of the Students’ Rights Act and will be empowered to take suo moto cognizance of violations
