Priyanka holds marathon meets with Cong workers
LUCKNOW: Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra met party workers from different constituencies, including Amethi —represented by her brother and party president Rahul Gandhi, at the party headquarters here and sought their views on restructuring the organisation, a party leader said on Wednesday.
Priyanka told the workers that changes needed to be made for the party to win 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
“I am learning a lot about how to restructure the organisation and the changes needed to be made for the road ahead,” said Priyanka while replying to questions early on Wednesday morning.
She held marathon meetings with Congress workers lasting nearly 16 hours from 1pm on Tuesday to about 5.30am on Wednesday.
