‘Climate change could lead to greatest mkt failure ever’

NEW DELHI: Climate economist Nicholas Stern said he had understated the risks of climate change and the case for taking action in his landmark 2006 report titled the Stern Review on the Economics of Climate Change that said climate change could lead to the greatest market failure ever. Stern said the consequences have been far more devastating than he thought.
