Big jolt to Congress as Jitin Prasada quits, moves to BJP
NEW DELHI: In a blow to the Congress ahead of the 2022 assembly elections Uttar Pradesh, former Union minister and the party’s top Brahmin face in the state Jitin Prasada joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday, saying the ruling party is the best suited to serve people during the current challenging times.
