Q PHow can I make crispy French fries at home?

eel and cut potatoes into slightly thicker than matchstick strips. Rinse them in cold water. Pat them dry. Boil them for two to three minutes and as soon as you remove them, add some cornstarch. Due to the heat, the cornstarch will make a layer on every French fry. Freeze them for a bit. When you remove them, you’ll be able to see a layer of cornstarch on top. Slow fry them till they are golden brown and cooked in the centre.
