Air India has trashed the study, saying that the data utilised by the agency for arriving at the rankings “is factually incorrect” and “questionable”

“The rating by JACDEC is ques- tionable considering that airlines such as American Airlines, Aeroflot, US Airways, etc which have a worse track record are rated safer than AI,” the staterun airline said in a statement.
