FAST-TRACK TRIAL?

The anti-corruption bureau (ACB) wants a quick and speedy trial in the alleged bribery case. It will also probe the assets of the accused public servants Speaking to HT, Raj Khilnani, director general, ACB said, “We will be asking for a fasttrack court to conduct the trial.” In order to conduct the trial on a day-to-day basis, Khilnani said, the ACB may also ask for setting up a separate (special) court as the existing special ACB court is burdened with too many cases.
