A REPORT BY Maharashtra Engineering Research Institute says some state dams have lost up to 20% of their storage capacity owing to silting DAMS WITH THE highest silt deposition are Ujani Dam (11.28%), Bhatghar (16.14%), Tansa (9.88%), Modaksagar (11.37%), Pench (16.66%) and Erai (24.20%)
