Seminar for housing societies held

CBD BELAPUR: The Jeevandhara Ward Consultant Committee (JWCC) organised a deemed conveyance guidance seminar on Thursday at Vishnudas Bhave auditorium in Vashi.

The seminar was organised to educate and guide cooperative housing societies in the city on their legal rights to take ownership of land from the developer.

During the seminar, officials discussed and provided guidance to office bearers and members of cooperative societies on the rules and regulations pertaining to deemed conveyance. The seminar was organised by senior NCP leader Dnyaneshwar Naik and was presided over by Ganesh Naik.
