CIDCO to transfer plots to NMMC for civic amenities
CBD BELAPUR: The general body of the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) approved a resolution to transfer plots from CIDCO to the civic body. NMMC will require the plots for civic amenities as per the revised development plan for the city, which is currently under consideration.
CIDCO has transferred development rights to NMMC in nine nodes of CBD Belapur, Nerul, Vashi, Turbhe, Kopar khairane, Ghansoli, Airoli, Digha and Sanpada for maintaining basic facilities.
