TEWARI HAD FORESEEN CBI CRISIS

NEW DELHI: Minister of state for information and broadcasting Manish Tewari almost predicted the current crisis regarding the validity of the CBI in a 2009 research paper in which he highlighted the “dubious” legal architecture of the central investigating agency.
