2 LUXURY HOTELS IN MUMBAI GET THREATS ON SOCIAL MEDIA

MUMBAI: Two luxury hotels in Mumbai and one in Chennai got messages threatening to blow them up, on a social networking site on Tuesday, prompting an investigation by the Mumbai crime branch.

Police officials said the incident was brought to their notice through a fax sent by one of the hotels. The officials said the threat messages were vague and did not specify a time or date, but mentioned the hotels would be blown up. The sender’s identity is unknown.
