To overcome this shortage, NMMC has recruited teachers on contract basis, but due to low payment, several contract teachers have left the job

Class 8, which has been included in the primary section, is also facing shortage of B.Ed teachers, thereby affecting the quality of education imparted to students

“Apart from infrastructure issues, there is a major problem of lack of teachers. How can the students get quality education from temporary teachers? The administration has been unable to provide even a proper education officer to look into the day-to-day affairs”.
