Sunil Sitaram More, 22, went missing from Thane on June 18, 2013. After having dinner around 9pm, he went out to relieve himself, but never returned. “I don’t know where my son has disappeare­d for the past two years. Initially, we thought he would return, but he didn’t. The police have also been giving us vague responses. We have come here to get some clues about him,” Malabai, his mother.

Milind Parad, 29, a differentl­y-abled person from Ghatkopar, went missing while crossing a crowded road with his family near a bus depot on September 15, 2013. His family searched for him in the area, but could not find him. “We are still in shock thinking about how he could go missing from a busy road. He loved vehicles, but we don’t think he could have gone somewhere on his own. We visit places where we think we could find him.”

Khurshid Alam Khan, 22, a resident of Govandi, went to a wedding in his neighbourh­ood on May 31, 2008. His family members spotted him at the function till 1.30am after which no one knows where he disappeare­d. “Why would my son go anywhere on his own? We informed the police next day itself. But we don’t know where he has been for the past seven years,” said Sahila Khatun, his mother. Shubham Rishkumar Bind, 15, went missing from his residence in Ghatkopar on January, 15, 2015. His school teachers scolded at him for copying in an exam. He left home on the same day when his parents were not around. His parents are clueless about his whereabout­s since the past three months. “We came running to this exhibition as soon as we got to know about it. We hope to find him soon,” said Rishikumar, his father.
