PAP CLAIM LIST IS WRONG

The PAP have said several constructions that have received notices are legal and were constructed before 2012. They have geared up for an agitation to oppose the demolition drive.

“Cidco has issued a notice to my building on plot 451 in Sector 30, Vashi. It was constructed in 2004,” said Meghnath Bhagat, one of the project affected persons.

While PAP said the list of illegal structures prepared by Cidco with the help of Google earth was flawed, Cidco has stuck to the list.

Yogesh Mhase, chief of Cidco’s controller of unauthorised constructions department, said, “There are no mistakes in the list, which has been verified at various levels.”
