BODY FOUND IN VASHI CREEK

A body of an unidentified man aged between 20 and 25 was found in Vashi creek on Friday. Some fishermen of the area spotted the body floating in the water around 8.30am and informed the local police about it.

The police and fire brigade officials fished out the body and sent it to Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation hospital in Vashi. The doctors in the hospital said that there was no injury mark on his body.

“There was no photo identity proof along with the body,” said an officer from Vashi police station.
