SPECIAL CHILDREN SHOWCASE TALENT AT ANNUAL FUNCTION

The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC)-run Education and Training Centre for differently-abled children celebrated its 9th annual day on Friday. The theme for the annual day event was Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. Around 100 special students performed dance drama, giving a message on social issues. The students exhibited their talents with performances of dance, drama, singing, painting and other cultural activities. A group of students also spoke about their vision of a Swachh Bharat and what citizens can do to make it a success. “Our annual day was like a festive celebration where the children participated whole-heartedly, showing their dedication and enthusiasm,” said Varsha Bhagat, head of ETC.
