‘PUBLICITY INTEREST LITIGATION’: PLEA ON TAJ DISMISSED

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Friday junked a petition to open sealed doors of the Taj Mahal, terming it a “publicity interest litigation” and refused to interfere with a May direction of Allahabad high court saying it would not entertain the plea which sought scientific proof to establish it was built by Mughal emperor Shahjahan.
