So, who are teachers? They are our guides. It may not seem very relevant to students in school right now, but their importance cannot be underestilearn mated.

SHORTLISTING
150 students (30 students from each standard) will be shortlisted for interviews by a team of experts. our teachers grade us according to how well we do in these subjects. So, shouldn’t we be allowed to do the same for them? Like us, I think that teachers should also have benchmarks. There goes a saying, “there is no such thing as a bad student, but a bad teacher”.
Grading can only be done, to an extent, by senstudents. ior If the students are asked questions, they should be objective and unbiased. Students grading their teacher will result in a compatible student-teacher relationship. Feedback is always the breakfast of champions!
With students grading teachers, we shall come to terms with the fact that positive criticism is a faithful friend and insincere flattery, a fake one. Progress is not achieved by luck or accident, but by working on oneself daily. The only way we can work on ourselves is by acquiring the advice of people with whom we go on the wild rollercoaster ride of learning.

The winners will be felicitated at a special award function. an environment that fosters learning.
They do this with their knowledge, maturity, sensitivity, respect, enthusiasm and by building a connection between themselves and the students.
Grading the teacher will enhance the process of learning and make the classroom a better place to live in “for you and for me and the entire student race”.
A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination, and instil a love for learning among their students.
