17 KILLED IN FIRE AT DELHI HOTEL, OWNER BOOKED

NEW DELHI: Seventeen people were killed and two others injured in a fire at the five-storey Hotel Arpit Palace in Delhi on Tuesday, police said. The hotel’s owner, Shardendu Goyal, who is allegedly on the run, has been booked.

Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal has ordered a magisterial inquiry to ascertain the cause of the fire and the possible safety lapses that led to it. ››P11
