HIMALAYA BRIDGE CASE: PROSECUTION RESPONDS TO BAIL PLEA

The partial collapse of the Himalaya bridge near Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) on March 14 killed seven people

Neerajkumar Desai, whose firm had done the structural audit of the bridge, was among those arrested following the incident On Tuesday, the prosecution was replying to Desai’s bail plea, which had been submitted on Monday.

Prosecution said the report submitted by Desai’s firm said the bridge is in good condition.
