KID SWEPT BY CURRENTS, HOLDS ONTO TREE

PALGHAR: Five-year-old Mamta Lalka fell into a nullah and was swept away by strong currents, around 2am on Wednesday while walking towards their pucca house after their hut in Shenwari farm in Dahanu got damaged in rains. Her father couldn’t locate her in the night. Upon searching in the morning, she was found holding on to a tree branch.
