₹22.25 CRORE RECOVERED FROM BUILDER

NOIDA: The Gautam Budh Nagar administration on Sunday said that it has recovered ₹22.25 crore out of ₹58 crore in land dues from ET Infra Developers Private Limited. The Noida-based builders have developed a commercial project — World Trade Tower (WTT) — on the Delhi-noida-direct Flyway in Sector 16 .

“The administration has recovered a part of the dues from the developer of the WTT. The drive to recover the remainder of the dues will continue,” said BN, Singh district magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar. ET Infra could not be contacted for comment.
