1 KILLED IN ACCIDENT ON EXPRESSWAY

GREATER NOIDA: A man in his mid twenties died while his friend was injured when speeding car hit them on Yamuna Expressway in Rabupura area on Sunday evening. The deceased was identified as Shambhu Mandal, a native of Bihar. His friend Chandraman is admitted to a private hospital. The accident took place around 25-km from Zero Point. Police said the two were coming to Noida from Agra when their car, a Chevrolet Aveo, broke down. “They had called a crane to tow away the vehicle. They were walking behind their car, when a vehicle coming from the same side hit them,” police said.
