BOMBAY HC ORDER ON SEXUAL ASSAULT DEFINITION TO BE CHALLENGED IN SC

MUMBAI: The National Commission for Women on Monday said they would challenge in the SC the recent ruling of the Bombay high court that acquitted a man of sexual assault under the POCSO Act because of the absence of “skin-to-skin” contact with the minor victim, even as the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights urged the state government to seek a review of the judgment.
