BOYCOTT OF PREZ’S ADDRESS

Seventeen opposition parties will boycott President Ram Nath Kovind’s speech to both houses of Parliament on Friday in protest against the farm laws. Replacing ordinances: The National Capital Territory of Delhi Laws (Special Provisions) Second (Amendment) Ordinance, 2020; The Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas Ordinance 2020; The Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation (Amendment) Ordinance, 2021; The Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Ordinance, 2020.
